Key ResponsibilitiesDocument and validate business requirements for the document extraction and downstream system integration scopeMap current-state manual processes and define target-state automated workflowsValidate that solution design and extraction outputs meet business objectives and compliance standardsCollaborate with operational stakeholders, the AI Architect, and App Dev team to facilitate sign-off at each delivery milestoneSupport definition of exception handling processes and updated manual review scope post-automationFacilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the project teamManage and maintain the product backlog in coordination with stakeholders and the delivery teamTrack sprint progress, identify and remove impediments, and escalate risks to leadershipEnsure the team follows agile practices and maintains delivery velocity aligned to productionization timelines
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of combined experience in business analysis and agile deliveryStrong process mapping and requirements documentation skillsExperience working on automation or AI-driven projects in a business analyst capacityCertified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferredExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent agile toolingBackground in financial services, lending, or operations is strongly preferred
