About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Produce scalable software solutions and lead a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, experience using PHP frameworks(Laravel), NodeJs, React
- Mid to senior-level position requiring expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Define the architecture for software systems, including components, interfaces, and integration points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Evaluate technology options and make recommendations for software development tools, frameworks and platforms.
- Develop integration architectures leveraging middleware platforms, APIs, ETL tools and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
- Enable interoperability, automation, and data flow across complex IT environments.
- Guide the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.
- Drive innovation and improvement in software development practices, fostering agility and adaptability.
- Assess security risks and develop security architecture strategies and roadmaps.
- Design and implement security controls, policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Recommend security technologies and solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.
- Protect organizational assets and ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
- Build and maintain trust with customers, partners and stakeholders by ensuring data and system security.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and improve interfaces of our software.
- Working with the latest AWS technologies to provide a scalable and efficient infrastructure for our applications.
- Utilizing Jira and GitHub to enhance development workflows, enabling better collaboration, version control, and issue tracking.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and employing Agile/SCRUM methodologies to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
- Analysing project requirements, coding robust solutions, and conducting extensive tests to ensure superior implementation.
Requirements:
- Should have preferably worked on logistics / ecommerce / ERP systems.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Backend/Frontend roles.
- Profound grasp of SOLID/Clean Code principles, design patterns, and methodologies.
- Experience with microservices using NodeJS and TypeScript, NoSQL, Mysql, and PostgreSQL databases such as MongoDB, mongoose, and aggregation framework.
- Proven experience as a MERN Stack, and Laravel Developer.
