Job location - Ranipet, Chennai
CTC Range 5-6 Per annum
Relevant years of Experience: 10 to 15years Experience
Function: Footwear – Development
This position is responsible for Sourcing Material for Development
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Material Sourcing from Import & Local vendors
2. Prepare requisitions and purchase orders; Monitor order expenses; Communicate performances and costs to management.
3. Controlling of sample store, leather and other bottom raw materials & accessories.
4. GRN & Payment followup with internal team and corrdinating with Suppliers.
5. Prepare cost analyses & Cost control activities in sourcing materials.
6. Vendor development for critical and alternate source in local market.
7. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
8. Analyze market and delivery systems.
9. Stock Maintenance & control.
10. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
11. Raw material Cost does not exceed to Costing P&L
Desired Profile:
Any degree
1. He must have good leadership skills and take in charge of the Material Team
2. Good Communication with English, Hindi & Local Language.
3. Negotiation skills
4. Positive attitude, goal oriented with the ability to foster strong relationships.
