- Design and documentation for Special applications
- Customer/homologation demand of market
- Design retro fitment solution compliant to Body building technical guideline/special application.
- The candidate would need to interact and align with global group companies and external partners for development areas.
- Strong knowledge commercial vehicle types , categories and relevant Global legislation,
- Strong knowledge in commercial special applications and integrations
- Good know how in preparation of vehicle and system level specifications.
- Good Knowledge in vehicle level aggregates ,component , system Design and validation requirements
- Knowledge in Body building for different applications
- Good Know how in Product development processes and design methods- like DFMEA , DFA , FMEA .
- Good knowhow of maintaining design documentation in PLM as well as generate a Bill of material..
- Strong Knowledge of GD&T, should be able to do tolerance stack up
- Good know how of Geometrical Assurance
- Expert in CATIA V5 modules .
- Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster a supportive working environment
Good to Have:
- - Understanding Electric vehicle and its aggregates
- - Understanding Vehicle Electrical system
- - Understanding of Automations(VBA/CATIA macro/programming).
- - German A1 level language knowledge
