Ability to develop and implement tailored educational plans based on each child’s unique needs.
Skilled in handling behavioral challenges using positive reinforcement and structured techniques.
Modify curriculum and teaching methods to suit learning abilities of children with disabilities.
Create a safe, inclusive, and structured environment conducive to learning.
Effectively communicate with children, parents, therapists, and other educators.
Conduct assessments to monitor academic, behavioral, and social progress.
Work sensitively with children with intellectual, developmental, or learning disabilities.
Work closely with therapists, counselors, school staff, and families for holistic support.
Maintain detailed records of progress, interventions, and parent interactions.
Understanding of various disabilities like autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and learning disorders.
