Job Description
Design develop and enhance Pega applications by leveraging deep knowledge of Pega SA concepts Implement case management workflows UI rules decision rules and data models effectively Utilize expertise in Pega intermediate and advanced topics including agents activities parentchild cases integrations and data pages Perform system designing and architecture planning to meet business requirements Apply debugging skills using logs and Pega tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues Optimize system performance through tuning and best practices Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs Maintain documentation of design development and testing processes Continuously update knowledge on Pega platform advancements and industry trends
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Pega solutions ensuring alignment with business goals Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and Pega configurations Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Pegarelated tasks Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions Manage endtoend delivery of Pega projects including testing deployment and support Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations within Pega applications
