Job Description
Lead and implement change management strategies specifically designed for digital transformation and data amp AI initiatives Drive the adoption and integration of digital transformation initiatives across the organization Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of organizational change efforts with overall business objectives Utilize design thinking principles to foster innovation and usercentric solutions Analyze organizational readiness and identify barriers to change developing actionable plans to address them Support the seamless integration of new technologies and processes to enable smooth transitions Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives to promote continuous improvement
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive change management plans including communication training and stakeholder engagement Act as a change agent to facilitate cultural and behavioral shifts necessary for successful digital transformation Lead workshops and design thinking sessions to encourage collaboration and innovation Partner with leadership to champion change initiatives and secure buyin across departments Provide coaching and support to teams and individuals to help them navigate change effectively Identify risks and resistance points and develop mitigation strategies to address them Track progress and report on change management metrics to senior leadership Mentor junior team members and contribute to building organizational change management capabilities
