Job Description: Specialist - Hematology Roles & Responsibilities Diagnose and treat patients with hematological disorders, including but not limited to anemia, clotting disorders, and blood cancers. Collaborate with oncology teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with hematologic malignancies. Interpret laboratory results and recommend appropriate diagnostic tests and procedures. Provide expert consultation to other healthcare professionals regarding hematology cases. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in hematology and oncology. Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment options, and preventive care. Minimum Qualification and Skills MBBS with specialization in Hematology or equivalent medical degree. 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in hematology, preferably within the health industry. Strong knowledge and experience in Oncology. Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practice.
