Principal responsibilities
oIdentifying risks and escalating issues on time to the right stakeholders
oIdentifying crisis situations during project lifecycle and handling favourably for the project
oManaging multiple testing team members across multiple projects
oTimely status reporting of the issues identified
Technical capabilities
oExpert in Selenium Webdriver Test NG Rest Assured Cucumber BDD SOAP UIAPI testing Karate
oExpert in Devops tooling like GIT Jenkins Nexus G3
oExperience in SQLMongoDB
oExperience in JMeter
oExperience in JIRA Zephyr
oPreferred to have technical understanding of Java APIs Mulesoft Microservices etc
oHandson experience on implementing BDD framework
oPreferred to have experience in Performance testing and Stress testing tools
oExperience in Agile methodologies preparing test strategies for medium to high range projects
oFamiliar with SQL skills and database operations
oProactively communicate with product owner developers QA and database engineers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
oExperience with stressperformance testing and has the knowledge of security testing scalability testing
oGood understanding of Web Technologies and understanding of emerging trends and technologies ie Knowledge in MQPower apps Kafka Integration Patterns Mongo DB Maven Jenkins Micro Service Architecture BPM PEGA or Appian and WebSphere application server
oStrong English Communication and analytical skills are a must for working in a complex global team environment
