About the role
Create and maintain technical customer documentation, such as datasheets, user manuals, application notes, process guidelines, and customer instructions Support Subject Matter Experts (engineers) in transforming technical information into clear, accurate, and publication-ready documentation Execute technical documentation activities using established templates, standards, and workflows Ensure the quality, consistency, formatting, and linguistic accuracy of technical documentation before publication Apply and maintain technical documentation standards, terminology, style guides, and structured authoring principles Support the review, approval, publication, and maintenance of technical documents throughout the product lifecycle Identify and flag content issues, inconsistencies, missing information, and deviations from documentation standards Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of documentation A professional education in technical communication or a degree in engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or a similar field Already been experienced in technical writing, technical communication, or documentation activities A structured, precise, and quality-oriented way of working The ability to understand and communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with engineers and other stakeholders in an international environment Familiarity with documentation tools, content management systems, or structured authoring methodologies Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset Very high professional proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus Experience with XML-based authoring environments, ideally DITA XML is a plus Knowledge of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs)and AI-assisted content creation tools, is a plus A strong interest in digitalization, automation, and modern documentation technologies is a plus This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining technical understanding, structured information management, and clear communication to support the creation of high-quality technical documentation.
