- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing specialized software solutions, with a focus on a specific area or technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more programming languages and development frameworks relevant to the specialty area.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
- Experience with software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality and scalable software solutions.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or specialties would be an advantage.
- Experience in Agile and/or DevOps methodologies is preferred.
