About the role
Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Conduct therapy sessions to improve speech, language, voice, and communication skills.
Work with children and adults with speech delays, articulation disorders, stuttering, or voice problems.
Provide therapy for patients with neurological conditions affecting communication.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises.
Maintain accurate patient records, progress reports, and treatment documentation.
Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and ethical practices.
