- Ensure backend coordination for centre readiness before and after games/events, including hygiene and security checks.
- Execute all backend SOPs (booking ops, collections support, reporting, hygiene checks) exactly as defined, with zero shortcuts.
- Ensure all required data, reports, and checklists are updated accurately and on time.
- Demonstrate consistent attendance, task completion, and a dependable approach to daily operations without requiring follow-ups.
- Flag issues early with clarity and context, and escalate responsibly after attempting defined SOP actions.
- Enjoys hands-on, on-ground roles.
- Has past experience in back end roles in retail, sports events, sports grassroots, fitness, and hospitality.
- Has a graduate degree in a relevant line of education.
- Has played and are recreationally good at a sport in the past.
- Is comfortable with Mobile apps and tools.
- Has fluency in verbal communication.
- Can Compliance follow instructions, is Coachable, detail oriented, and reliable.
