About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Developer with 10+ years of experience in software development and hands-on expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered applications, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and enterprise solutions.
- Build and integrate AI/ML models into existing business applications and systems.
- Develop generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Design and implement AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
- Develop scalable AI applications using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Implement RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Work with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Integrate AI services and models through APIs into enterprise applications.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, data engineers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish AI development best practices.
- Support production deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI applications.
- Work with DevOps and MLOps teams to automate AI model deployment and monitoring.
Requirements:
- Overall Experience: 10+ years in software development, AI/ML engineering, or related fields.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing production-grade applications.
- Artificial Intelligence: Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI model integration.
- Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG.
- AI Frameworks: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
- LLM Platforms: Experience with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.
- API Development: Experience developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- AI Evaluation: Experience evaluating LLM outputs, improving response quality, and implementing safeguards against hallucinations.
