Sr. Analyst-Database Admin

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Senior Analyst - Database Admin with a strong background in Data Engineering and Data Analysis. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional team leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. This role involves developing analytical solutions, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data insights.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business objectives.
• Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving to address data-related issues.
• Validate data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability of data outputs.
• Document processes and solutions to maintain clear and comprehensive records.
• Provide technical leadership and project management to guide team efforts.
• Coordinate and mentor team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Design and implement data architecture and data modeling solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.

• Proven experience in Data Engineering and Data Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Science principles.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and Power Query.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into cross-functional insights.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with worldwide stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive follow-up actions effectively.

• Expertise in Databricks and/or Power Automate.
• Interest and/or expertise in Agentic AI and machine learning applications.
• Good understanding of statistical principles, data analysis techniques, and quantitative reasoning.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence are a plus.
