We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager with a strong background in AI Engineering, Commercial Banking, and Collateral Management. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that automate business processes, extract critical data from documents, and enhance operational efficiency across commercial banking platforms. This role requires a blend of business domain expertise, AI product ownership, technical solution design, and hands-on understanding of AI technologies.

• Define and deliver AI-powered products and automation solutions for Commercial Banking and Collateral Management functions.
• Design and implement AI solutions capable of extracting, validating, and processing data from various document formats.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise databases and downstream applications.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Document Processing techniques.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Drive the complete product lifecycle from ideation, prototyping, pilot execution, production deployment, and adoption.
• Ensure AI systems meet enterprise standards for security, governance, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Define KPIs and measure business outcomes driven by AI initiatives.
• Work closely with data engineering and technology teams to build and optimize AI workflows and automation frameworks.

• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking processes and workflows.
• Experience in Collateral Management, Lending Operations, Credit Risk, Loan Servicing, or Treasury-related functions.
• Proven ability to move AI solutions from prototype to enterprise production.
• Strong understanding of building secure, scalable, and reliable AI systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent Analytical Skills.

• Experience building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Intelligent Document Processing.
• Strong T-SQL skills for data analysis and querying enterprise databases.
• Good programming knowledge in Python.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud-based AI services, data pipelines, and integration architectures.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere and AI-driven workflow solutions.

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in AI, Product Management, or related disciplines will be an advantage.
