Mandatory Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery & Service Mapping (CIS-DF)
  • Any additional CIS certification preferred
