Job Title: SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) Architect
Primary Skill Alignment: SAP Analytics Cloud Planning / SAP BW/HANA

Role Summary:
Mphasis is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) Architect to lead the planning stream of a large-scale financial planning and forecasting transformation. The role will own the end-to-end solution blueprint, architecture, configuration, integration, deployment and support of an SAP best-practice planning platform, working closely with Finance, business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Finance Department to analyse and gather requirements for the financial planning and forecasting system.
• Design the end-to-end SAP Analytics Cloud planning architecture and own the solution blueprint.
• Lead model architecture, complex calculations, planning forms, advanced reporting, security, calendar configuration and integration with SAP BW/HANA.
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle, including UAT, documentation, user training, go-live readiness and post-production support.
• Work within an Agile delivery model and ensure adherence to development processes, IT standards, IT General Controls and SOx requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of intensive hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and SAP BW/HANA.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technology Consultant with international consulting organisations.
• Proven delivery of at least three full-cycle SAP Analytics Cloud Planning implementations for large enterprises.
• Demonstrated experience as a Stream Lead or Architect in SAP implementations.
• Deep expertise in models and dimensions, security models, data actions and multi-actions, reports, planning forms, scripting and calendar capabilities.
• Strong experience integrating SAP Analytics Cloud Planning with SAP BW/HANA and other enterprise systems.
• Sound understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, stakeholders and implementation challenges.
• Degree in Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Active SAP certification in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW or SAP HANA is preferred.

• A scalable, secure and SAP best-practice planning architecture and approved solution blueprint.
• Successful delivery of design, configuration, integration, UAT, go-live and hypercare milestones.
• Clear stakeholder communication, documentation, training and timely escalation of risks and dependencies.
• Compliance with applicable IT standards, IT General Controls and SOx requirements.
• Continuous improvement recommendations that enhance quality, automation, resilience and user experience.
