  • Translate IAM/PAM operational requirements into structured automation logic that agentic tools and Power Automate developers can easily implement.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI for summarization, triage, routing, guided troubleshooting, and Tier 1 workflow acceleration.

IAM/PAM Process Translation & Workflow Mapping

  • Break down complex IAM/PAM workflows into detailed, digestible components for development teams.
  • Document manual processes and control activities in a developer-friendly format aligned with automation best practices.
  • Ensure all workflow definitions meet audit, security, and operational standards.

Automation Design & Architecture Support

  • Work closely with the PAM Architect to design scalable automation frameworks that span Power Automate, agentic AI, and enterprise IAM/PAM systems.
  • Participate in solution design sessions, identifying dependencies, risks, and architectural considerations.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for agent orchestration, prompt engineering, context handling, and system integration patterns.

Developer Enablement & Best Practices

  • Support Power Automate and agentic developers by providing technical specification clarity, workflow logic, and validation of design assumptions.
  • Assist with code reviews, design reviews, and best practice enforcement across automation projects.
  • Troubleshoot automation complexities and support developers in resolving implementation challenges.

Client Leadership Interface & Program Support

  • Serve as a key liaison between the automation team and client leadership.
  • Assist the Program Manager with:
    • Timeline refinement
    • Risk identification and mitigation
    • Blocker removal
    • Requirements gathering and alignment
    • Progress reporting and dashboard input
  • Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated to technical teams and vice versa.

Use Case Discovery & Continuous Improvement

  • Work with the PAM Architect and operations teams to identify new automation use cases with measurable impact to Tier 1 workload reduction.
  • Evaluate existing workflows for optimization, consolidation, or reinvention using GenAI or agentic automation.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve automation quality, reliability, observability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM/PAM, security operations, automation, or AI solutions delivery.
  • Strong understanding of IAM/PAM fundamentals, including identity lifecycle management, privileged access workflows, audit controls, and governance.
  • Experience with key IAM/PAM tools:
    • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
    • CyberArk
    • SailPoint
    • ServiceNow
    • Active Directory
  • Hands-on or conceptual experience with agentic AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents, Azure AI Studio, or similar.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when interfacing with client leadership.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and automation scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with APIs, REST integrations, and event-driven workflows.
  • Knowledge of prompt design, LLM interaction patterns, or agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience in large enterprise environments with complex identity ecosystems.
  • Background in process engineering, automation design, or technical program management.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear, accurate workflow definitions enabling rapid automation development.
  • Strong partnership between automation developers, the PAM Architect, and client leadership.
  • AI-powered automations that meaningfully reduce Tier 1 manual workload.
  • Well-structured use case pipeline aligned with business value and delivery capacity.
  • Effective troubleshooting, faster delivery cycles, and improved automation quality.
  • Program timelines, risks, and reporting are consistently well-managed and communicated.
