Key Responsibilities for the replacement hiring of Mr.VijayDhakad(Sr.Engineer–Maintenance,KGJ), the recommended as below.
- Hands-on experience in preventive,predictive,andbreakdownmaintenance of production equipment, testing machines, cutting machines, and utilities.
- Strong knowledge of TPM,OEEimprovement,energymanagement,andmaintenanceKPImonitoring.
- Experience in PLCprogrammingandtroubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automation, and utility maintenance.
- Proven capability in sparepartsplanning,maintenancecostcontrol,documentationmanagement,andprojectcoordination.
- Experience in preparing and implementing annualandmonthlypreventivemaintenanceplans and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Knowledge of IATF16949,ISO14001,andISO45001requirements, including compliance and audit support.
- Experience in STPoperation&maintenance, energy conservation initiatives, Kaizen implementation, and 5S practices.
- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and team coordination skills with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Automotive Blow Molding Maintenance & Electrical Maintenance Experience
For the replacement hiring of Mr.VijayDhakad(Sr.Engineer–Maintenance,KGJ), the recommended qualifications are:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance Engineering or automation from a recognized institute.
- Additional certifications in TPM, Preventive Maintenance, PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Safety Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations within the automotive, manufacturing, or process industry.
- Hands-on experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production equipment and plant utilities.
- Knowledge of TPM, OEE improvement, spare parts management, root cause analysis, and maintenance planning.
- Experience in managing statutory compliance, safety requirements, contractors, and continuous improvement projects.
- Exposure to automation systems, PLCs, robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems is preferred.
