About the role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Floor Operations: Drive end-to-end processing of daily inbound (receiving/stocking) and outbound (picking, packaging, and dispatching) orders to consistently hit target Turnaround Times (TAT).
2. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and track the performance of a high-volume team consisting of on-roll and off-roll associates, picker/packers, and material handlers (ranging from 30 to 100+ workers)
