Skills Required :
Should have good written and oral communication skills with prepare reports & good working knowledge of SAP & MS Excel. Good coordination skills are must while working inter department and Govt Departments for implementation & execution of any given work. Working knowledge or experience of Export documentation and procedure, GST, MEIS, TDS & other Statutory matters.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) MEIS pending incentive report-all shipping bills are filed to DGFT in short period for MEIS license Incentive application for MEIS & ensuring sales of those licenses
2) RCMC/ FIEO –Periodic renewal
3) GSTR1 & GST3B return filing & GST refund application filing on a monthly basis
4) Monthly export data filing to APEDA & timely renewal of APEDA license
5) Checking & making provision for customer claims
6) Purchase/ Service Invoice accounting
7) Logistics invoices accounting
8) Debtors report to be sent twice in a month
9) Computation of tax to be deducted at source for staff & collection of related documents
10) Cash & bank daily entries in SAP
11) Getting benefits/ incentives for Exports from Various Govt Dept-periodic updation
14) Sending various reports as per requirement like –Rent report, MIS related reports.
