About the role
- Candidate should be excellent in verbal and written communication.
- Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel with Good knowledge.
- Position involves loading of new participant data on our Portal after data validation that comes via load.
- Ensuring that all pre-employment processes and Audits were completed accurately.
- Weekly audit of the system and data to adhere accuracy. A slight change in participant data may lead to change in job description as well benefits offered to them.
- Coordination with other teams such as Payroll, Benefits, etc. for rectification of information in case of correction of data or in case of any change.
- Should be a team player & have good inputs under People Management.
