Opening for one of the reputed FMCG company for the position of SR. Executive , Logistics & Exports
MBA or Graduate /diploma in logistics management • Experience in FMCG Sector. Other Details: • Position Name: Sr. Executive Logistics & Exports / Location: Kollam • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Industry Background - FMCG • Number of Position – 1 • For Sr. Executive Logistics & Exports - Experience- 5 years -7 years (Compensation range would be from 35 CTC per month – 40 CTC per month)
Taking care of the complete export shipment process, including the preparation of dispatch schedules In collaboration with the production team at the factories. • Coordinating with factory officials to ensure timely production aligns with the dispatch schedule. • Ensuring On-Time Delivery by liaising with freight forwarders and the customer's destination team, guaranteeing adherence to committed ETA (estimated time of arrival) at the customer's doorstep • Emphasizing cost-saving measures by closely monitoring FDA clearance and delivery clearance systems at the destination point, minimizing costs until it reaches the customer. • Conducting forecasting and planning activities, creating forecast plans, and discussing them with the production team and factories to align production with timely deliveries. • Managing inventory by monitoring finished goods stock daily at the factory, updating stock positions to the production team and reporting manager, and ensuring stock levels match the dispatch schedule. • Regularly floating stock reports to all stakeholders on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis. Ensuring all data is accurately captured in the ERP Software on time and available for management when required.
