Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for Managerial/ Supervisory Position for overall Full shoe Manufacturing – Leather.

Job Description:
(Roles & Responsibilities)
1. Production Planning & Control
2. Manpower Management
3. Co-ordinate with Supervisor to achieve Plan Vs Actual
4. Should responsible to achieve Production and with minimal rejection and reworks
5. Maintaining MIS of Daily ,weekly Production details.
6. Should follow entire Raw materials required for Production
7. Reports to Production Manager on daily Achieve Production
8. Should set the line based on the planning team and material availability
9. Responsible for production to Packing finished goods.’
10. Achieve on time delivery
Desired Profile:
1. He must have good leadership skills and take in charge of overall Leather Full shoe making process
2. Good Communication with English& Local Language.
3. Good Negotiation skills
4. Positive attitude, goal oriented with the ability to Handel versatile situation and maintain foster strong relationships.
Qualification
Any Degree.
Experience
1. Candidate should have experience from Leather footwear Manufacturing industry – Full shoe Making process
2. 8 to 10 years of experience required.
