Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Safety professional to oversee construction site safety,
ensure compliance with statutory safety norms, and implement best practices across project
sites. The candidate should have strong exposure to high-rise construction safety, labour
safety management, and incident prevention.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor site safety procedures as per company and statutory
guidelines.
Conduct daily safety inspections and audits at site.
Ensure proper use of PPE by workers and contractors.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety induction programs.
Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.
Monitor work-at-height activities, scaffolding, and lifting operations.
Ensure fire safety systems and emergency response preparedness.
Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports.
Maintain safety documentation, registers, and compliance records.
Coordinate with project teams for safe work execution.
Ensure labour camp safety and welfare compliance.
