Sr Infrastr Services Mgr

The Infrastructure Services Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery and support of infrastructure services. This position requires a strong focus on account delivery management, leadership, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production support, managing service delivery, and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their infrastructure needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• Lead and manage the infrastructure services team to ensure high-quality production support and service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their infrastructure-related inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective account delivery management, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate regular communication with clients to provide updates on service delivery, performance, and any ongoing issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the infrastructure services team to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to meet client demands effectively.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

• Proven expertise in account delivery management, with a strong understanding of client relationship management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure management principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Experience in managing production support processes and service delivery frameworks.

• Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in infrastructure management or project management are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
