Job Description
NeetDeep Group is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and site-based positions in the ELV and Smart Building Solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment for technicians, helpers, safety officers, store executives, site engineers, and managerial positions.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Ensure timely closure of vacancies and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
Required Skills
-
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Experience in technical, blue-collar, and white-collar hiring is preferred.

Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
