About the role
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, or Performance Marketing.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune (This is a strictly Onsite role).
- Deep understanding of the transition from SEO to AEO/GEO.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI workflows (e. g., AutoGPT, AI agents for CRM, automated outreach sequences).
- Mastery of A/B testing tools (Google Optimise, VWO, or similar).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in B2B Tech or Cybersecurity markets is highly preferred. You must understand how to sell trust and technical expertise.
- Mindset: You are a "Full-Stack Marketer"; you can write the strategy, set up the technical tools, and analyse the P& L of your campaigns.
