Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Solix Administrator & Operations Engineer with strong experience in Solix tools, ETL processes, database management, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate must have solid SQL expertise and hands-on experience managing data archiving, optimization, and operational environments. Basic reporting capabilities are also required.
Key Responsibilities
Solix Administration & Operations
Administer and manage Solix Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platform
Handle data archiving, data masking, and data retirement activities
Monitor and maintain Solix jobs, workflows, and system performance
Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for Solix applications
Ensure system stability, performance tuning, and operational support
ETL & Data Processing
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows (any standard ETL tools or custom pipelines)
Extract, transform, and load structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability
Support data migration and integration projects
Database Administration
Work extensively with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts
Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization
Ensure data integrity, backup, and recovery processes
AWS & Cloud Responsibilities
Work with AWS services such as:
EC2, S3, RDS
IAM, CloudWatch
Data services (Glue, Redshift, etc. – basic level acceptable)
Support cloud-based deployment and operations
Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure usage
Reporting & Analysis
Create and maintain basic reports and dashboards
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis
Support business teams with data insights and reporting needs
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong experience in Solix (mandatory)
Solid hands-on experience in:
SQL (mandatory – advanced level)
ETL concepts/tools (generic or specific tools like Informatica, Talend, etc.)
Experience with multiple databases (must-have)
Working knowledge of AWS cloud platform (mandatory)
Scripting knowledge (Shell/Python preferred)
Soft Skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data archiving or data lifecycle management tools
Exposure to data governance and compliance frameworks
