The Role
We are looking for a Silicon Validation Manager with experience in the validation of embedded MCU/DSP systems, to build and manage a new SoC validation team. This team is chartered to deliver a series of differentiated mixed-signal compute products.
What You’ll Do
- Design leadership: Build and manage a team to cover pre/post silicon validation of a series of mixed-signal compute products
- Problem solving & innovation: Identify novel solutions for delivering differentiation performance and cost
- Technical guidance & mentoring: Guide world-wide teams in technical areas, from architecture to productisation
What Else You May Bring (Experience in some of the following areas is a plus)
- Understanding of signal processing components or processing systems
- Awareness in digital design & verification practices and requirements
- Awareness of standards and industry expectations for different end-market segments and application areas
