About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS OTL Technical Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The role involves analyzing business requirements, developing technical solutions across OTL, HRMS, Payroll, and Projects modules, and building customizations, integrations, workflows, reports, and interfaces using SQL, PL/SQL, OAF, and BI Publisher. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting integrations with third-party systems, ensuring adherence to Oracle development standards, and providing technical leadership to project teams. Strong collaboration, mentoring, documentation, and end-to-end project delivery experience are essential.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical development and support.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS modules including HRMS, Payroll, Projects, and OTL.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), Oracle Workflow, and OAF (Oracle Application Framework).
- Experience developing interfaces, conversions, customizations, extensions, and integrations within Oracle EBS.
- Strong understanding of OTL integrations with payroll, timekeeping, biometric, and third-party systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues and supporting critical business processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 architecture, development standards, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, implementations, and support projects is preferred.
- Oracle EBS Technical and/or Oracle HCM certifications are an added advantage.
