About the role
As a Research Scientist, you will be working on state-of-the-art research on fine-tuning deep learning models, including generative networks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead research-to-production initiatives, provide technical direction, and stay current with advances in computer vision and generative AI, translating emerging research into high-impact solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain production-ready model inference pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimized performance across deployment environments.
- Implement and extend multimodal joint learning frameworks involving speech and video data, focusing on robust representation learning and real-world applicability.
- Drive inference efficiency through profiling and optimization (latency, throughput, memory, cost), and ensure reliability via robust testing and observability.
- Stay updated with advancements in computer vision and generative AI, propose adoption paths, and translate research into deployable solutions and internal best practices.
Requirements:
- Ph. D. or Master of Science in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering with a focus on artificial intelligence or equivalent industrial research experience.
- 4+ years of relevantresearch experiencein, Computer Vision/machine learning.
