About the role
Requirements:
- Educational Background: B. Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent, with an excellent academic record.
- Extensive Development Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in software development, primarily in backend systems.
- Proficiency in Key Technologies: Expertise in Java, NodeJS, or Scala and relevant frameworks.
- Data Expertise: Experience working with MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Kafka, and similar technologies.
- Scalable Systems Knowledge: Proven experience in designing, building, and evolving large-scale, complex software projects.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience in developing scalable Cloud-based services on AWS or Azure.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Strong programming skills with a focus on solving technical challenges and delivering elegant solutions.
