Sr Test Engineer -Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Test Engineer specializing in Performance Testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and Performance Center, along with proficiency in JMeter or BlazeMeter. This role requires a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to analyze and debug complex performance issues. The candidate will also be familiar with monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and Grafana.

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases using LoadRunner and Performance Center.
• Utilize JMeter or BlazeMeter for performance testing of web applications and services.
• Monitor application performance using tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, and Grafana to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on performance metrics and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.
• Implement best practices for performance testing and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in the adoption of AI tools to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in performance testing techniques.

• Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and Performance Center.
• Proficiency in JMeter or BlazeMeter for performance testing.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and Grafana.
• Strong debugging skills to analyze and resolve performance issues effectively.

• Basic knowledge of Python coding for automation and scripting purposes.
• Familiarity with AI tool adoption in testing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
