AreaResponsibilitiesElectrical MaintenanceCarry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.HT/LT SystemsOperate and maintain transformers, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, and power distribution systems.Motors & DrivesMaintain and troubleshoot motors, VFDs, soft starters, and associated control systems.Control CircuitsRead, trace, and troubleshoot electrical control circuits and wiring diagrams.Fault DiagnosisIdentify and rectify electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.Safety ComplianceFollow electrical safety procedures, LOTO, PTW, and statutory requirements.Shutdown ActivitiesExecute maintenance activities during plant shutdowns and commissioning jobs.DocumentationMaintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment history.CoordinationCoordinate with production, instrumentation, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Possesses strong troubleshooting skills, sound knowledge of electrical control circuits, motors, drives, switchgear, transformers, and HT/LT distribution systems. Capable of diagnosing faults quickly and ensuring reliable operation of plant electrical equipment while maintaining high safety standards.
