About the role
Requirements:
- 14+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or SDET roles within enterprise environments.
- Proven experience driving architectural design and technical strategy across multiple teams or domains.
- Strong background in secure software development and enterprise compliance standards.
- Extensive experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS and/or Azure) and microservices-based systems.
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and reliability engineering.
- Experience using technical metrics (e. g., DORA metrics, reliability metrics, and quality indicators) to drive measurable improvements.
- Strong expertise in modern engineering stacks such as. NET Core, Node.js, React, and cloud services, including AWS (EC2 Lambda, S3 DynamoDB, SNS, and SQS) or Azure equivalents.
- Experience influencing engineering standards across distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop senior engineers and technical leads.
- Strong understanding of security, resilience, scalability, and performance best practices.
- Experience operating in complex, multi-team, multi-location environments.
