- Staff Engineer - Product and Platform Engineering, with Finance domain having 6 - 10 years of experience is expected to have extensive experience and advanced proficiency in core Java and Java 8.
- The role requires a deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and concurrency to develop robust, scalable applications using Spring Boot.
- Expertise in developing microservices and RESTful APIs is essential for this position.
- The candidate should be proficient in Angular for developing dynamic, responsive front-end applications and well-versed in microservices architecture for designing loosely coupled, independently deployable services.
- Knowledge of key performance metrics and monitoring tools for optimal application performance is important.
- The ability to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and drive technical discussions is crucial along with strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration in a team-oriented environment is necessary, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering or Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Software Engineering is required.
- Preferred certifications include Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Developer and Spring Professional Certification, along with experience in JavaScript and familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
