About the role
Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing applications and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts and applications to facilitate the migration process.
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment of migrated applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application migration requirements and develop migration strategies.
Requirements:
- 7+ experience as a Python Developer with a strong understanding of Python frameworks (e. g., Django, Flask).
- Hands-on experience in application migration, including migrating applications between different platforms (e. g., on-premises to cloud), AWS.
- Proficiency in database management systems, SQL, and data migration techniques.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
