About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices and workflow systems using Java, Spring Boot, and distributed architecture patterns.
- Contribute to AI/GenAI-driven capabilities such as intelligent automation, RAG-based solutions, and document processing workflows (preferred).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business workflows and integrate backend systems effectively.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and production issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related area.
- 10+ yrs of experience with strong expertise in modern application development using Java, Spring Boot, React, cloud, and data platforms.
- Architecture experience in building scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
- Business partnership to translate product and stakeholder needs into effective technical solutions.
- Technical leadership through mentoring, standards setting, and influencing cross-team decisions.
- End-to-end delivery exposure across design, development, quality, and continuous improvement.
