Role SummaryResponsible for operating and monitoring the batching process in the AAC Blocks manufacturing plant, ensuring accurate material dosing, adherence to production parameters, and smooth plant operations as per established quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor batching equipment to ensure accurate measurement and mixing of raw materials as per production requirements.
- Ensure correct material dosing and adherence to prescribed batching parameters and production schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues, abnormalities, or breakdowns to the concerned team.
- Maintain batch records, production data, and shift-wise operational reports accurately.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure consistency in the batching process and product quality.
- Follow plant safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in a relevant technical trade preferred.
Experience & Industry Background
- Experience in batching operations or manufacturing plant operations preferred.
- Experience in AAC Blocks, cement, concrete, or a related manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
