About the role
We are looking for a Lead/Staff Product Designer who can take end-to-end ownership of design. You will play a key role in defining the user experience and visual language for products being built from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design process research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI.
- Work closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams.
- Translate business and product requirements into intuitive consumer experiences.
- Build and maintain design systems and scalable UI components.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs.
- Ensure high-quality execution across mobile and web platforms.
Requirements:
- 4- 12 years of experience in product/UX/UI design.
- Strong experience in consumer-facing products is mandatory.
- Proven track record of designing high-engagement, intuitive user experiences.
- Strong skills in tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
