RFQ Preparation for New die sets along with Should Cost
Simulation Feasibility & tooling process optimization 2D & 3D Process Layout check & validation feedback to supplier Design check in CATIA & give feedback to supplier close all issue Pattern & Casting validation Machining & Assembly follow up to get 1st panel to gauge & meet project timeline Weekly conduct meeting along with supplier to achieve project schedule Pre & Final die buy off @ die maker end & close all poEXTs before shipping the die ECR Feasibility check & provide should cost , Follow up implementation with supplier & validate vehicle condition HLTO - follow up &,close all fit & finish issue before PSW Document prepartion for derogation Quality aspect & Pist % achieve plan detail action plan along with supplier Yield Optimization during tryout phase before handover of tooling Hands on experience in skin panel dies. Cost saving activities Yield improvement , thickness reduction or grade change Review and approve Supplier PPAP packages, understanding Level 3 submission PPAP requirementsUtilize the tools of APQP (PPAP, FMEA’s, control plans, capability studies) Develop project timelines for APQP projects and ensure successful adherence to the schedule. Requirements Job Specification Qualification B.E /B.TECH Experience Minimum 8-12 years Competencies a) Technical cold stamping process CATIA Die design review Supplier project management Die Buy off overseas HLTO Trail APQP, PPAP & PLM ECR Folllow up Stamping part quality(Skin part aspect & Geometry)
