About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Liasoning with various government departments for tendering business and new business leads creation
- Monitor and manage the complete tendering process, from identification of opportunities to contract finalization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and agencies to promote the company’s products and services.
- Attend meetings with government representatives to understand their needs and position the company as a trusted partner.
- Ensure all government sales efforts comply with public sector procurement regulations and policies.
- Stay informed about changes in government procurement processes and regulations.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the government sector, targeting key government projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and contracts.
- Lead and manage the government sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and achieving sales targets.
- Overall project execution and coordination with various process stakeholders for smooth execution and on- time completion of work completion.
- Taking/Collecting related documents from concerning government departments
- Collection of Payment.
Skills & Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech or graduate in any stream
- Should have excellent work exposure to Solar Sales & Service.
- Proficient in MS Office and Handy with preparing and presenting technical presentations.
- Exposure to sales of motors, pumps and solar products. (Preferable)
