Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
- Identify and remove roadblocks hindering team progress
- Help teams define success metrics and track progress
- Foster a collaborative and continuous learning environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Agile trends and best practices
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and Agile processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in a business setting
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (a plus)
- Business domain experience (a plus)
