About the role
- Design, develop, customize, and support IBM Sterling OMS applications.
- Configure and implement order capture, order fulfillment, inventory management, and sourcing solutions.
- Develop custom services, APIs, user exits, agents, and transaction workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP services and Sterling APIs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
- Participate in system design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Support order lifecycle management including order promising, shipment, returns, and inventory visibility.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver OMS solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
