About the role
- Ensure allocation of areas / tables / responsibilities to the bearer
- Check attendance, punctuality of the service staff placed under him
- Ensure efficient service and Report of untoward incidents to the Manager F & B
- Everyday briefing of bearers
- Supervise cleanliness of service areas and service kits
- Ensure to see that the ordered dish to be served within the specified time in the menu
Requirements
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service
- Should have pleasing personality
