Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage site inventory, material
inward/outward, stock reconciliation, and ERP entries for construction projects. The
candidate should have strong knowledge of construction materials and inventory control
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials.
Maintain stock records and inventory registers.
Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
Conduct stock reconciliation and periodic physical verification.
Monitor material consumption and report shortages/excess.
Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements.
Maintain ERP entries for stock movement.
Track vendor deliveries and challans.
Ensure safe storage of materials at site.
Prepare MIS reports related to stock and inventory.
