5S Implementation: Successfully implemented and monitored the 5S process to ensure workplace efficiency, safety, and cleanliness.
Reporting & Stock Updates: Responsible for the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports, including consumption reports, stock transfers, and aging analysis to support decision-making and ensure optimal inventory levels.
Material Inspection: Supervised and carried out material inspections to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with procurement specifications.
Team Management: Effectively managed a team overseeing store and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and accountability.
Audit Compliance: Actively participated in customer and FSC audits, ensuring zero non-conformities (NC) through meticulous documentation and process adherence.
