Purpose
Enhance the customer experience in the store by selling the products and meet individual targets
Key Responsibilities:
l Complete Store Operations , Performance Management , team work in the store, Inventory planning , store upkeep & so on.
l Maintain all relevant reports to keep a track of the progress level.
l Ensure Planning & availability of the stocks.
l Adherence to SOP's
l Being able to deliver the right mix of the product & service.
l Visual Merchandising
l Collect accurate & timely market intelligence & trends to enhance business.
l Handling team reviews & team briefings.
l Ensuring the deliveries & adherence to store audits via the team.
l Handling escalations on priority.
l Create healthy environment.
l Lead the team by example, with an eye to detail with regards to the business.
l Possess excellent communication and customer handling skill.
l Should have worked in Premium Brand / Upmarket Segment Store / High End Retail / Cluster Manager in LF Retail chains.
l Should have handled a team of minimum (10 members) for at least 2-3 years
l Computer savvy, especially handling reports and generating them in Excel.
l Possess good leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills.
l Conflict Resolution.
l Conceptual knowledge.
l Able to multitask.
